Certain products/services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities and are subject to our No Return Policy (see Returns/Exchanges below).
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors/images accurately; we cannot guarantee your screen’s display is precise.
We may limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction; limit quantities; and discontinue products at any time.

7) Billing & Account Information

We may refuse any order and, in our discretion, limit or cancel quantities per person/household/order (including orders using the same account, card, billing or shipping address). If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone provided.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update details (email, addresses, payment info) to complete transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree your Comments will not violate third-party rights (including privacy, publicity, copyright, or trademark), will not contain unlawful/abusive/obscene material, and will not contain malware.

We reserve the right to correct errors/inaccuracies/omissions and to change/update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate—at any time without prior notice (including after you submit your order).
Except as required by law, we undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information (including pricing); no specified update/refresh date should be taken to indicate all information has been modified or updated.

14) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final. We maintain a No Return Policy unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated on a specific product page or promotion.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review and assist.

15) Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trending Owl, LLC and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

18) Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by ceasing use of the Site and notifying us if applicable.
If we believe you have failed to comply with any term, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; we may also deny you access to the Service (or any part thereof).

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
